Do I need any experience?
No. Most women start with us without any experience. Our coaches meet you where you are.
Is the area really for women only?
Yes. Stellar Gym Sisters is a separate training area on the lower floor – only for women and girls, taught by female coaches.
What do I need to bring to the trial session?
Comfortable sportswear, a water bottle and a good mood – that’s all you need to start.
How much is the trial session?
2 trial sessions cost 40 €. If you become a member afterwards, the 40 € are fully credited towards the enrolment fee.
Can I also train at Stellar Gym on the ground floor?
Yes – with the combo membership you train in both areas. It costs only 20 € more per month.
Is there training for girls?
Yes. In the “Kids & teens” classes, girls train in their own group – with fun, discipline and confidence.
